When Allura and Chris scheduled their Winter Park engagement session, they asked if they could include their dog. I said “Yes!” without hesitation because I love when couples bring their pets along for engagement photos. I even did a blog post about that very subject. Wilson, a Yorkie-Chihuahua mix, was so sweet and loved being in front of the camera. A big thanks to Allura’s mom and dad who kept an eye on him while we took photos.
Allura and Chris signed up for the premiere engagement session, allowing us to travel to multiple locations. These are always a lot of fun to do, because we get more time to work together and they get a chance to wear several different outfits.
Winter Park Engagement Photos on Park Avenue
We started the photo session along Park Avenue in Winter Park. It’s one of my favorite places for photos because there’s always so much going on – lots of bustling activity with the shops, restaurants and people everywhere. It’s also a social spot for pets, as sometimes there are more dogs than people. Every time I go there, I find somewhere new to shoot!
Winter Park Engagement Photos at Rollins College
Rollins College is one of Central Florida’s most beautiful and historical treasures. After a quick change of clothes, we took a bunch of photos on the the grounds of Knowles Memorial Chapel and some fun ones on Mills Lawn.
Allura and Chris will be getting married later this year at Tuscawilla Country Club. We’re so excited to photograph their wedding, so please keep an eye on the blog for photos from the big day!
Speaking of Winter Park, we’re very excited to be participating in the Winter Park Bridal Stroll this Sunday, February 8, 2015. Come visit our booth at the Park Plaza Gardens (319 South Park Avenue, Winter Park, FL). We’d love to see you.
